Forest Fridays have returned for Class 2, bringing plenty of outdoor adventures! The children have loved exploring the meadow, building habitats and digging for bugs. There have definitely been a few muddy hands and faces, but that's all part of the fun.

Salt Dough Faces
The children have enjoyed making salt dough faces in Welly Wednesday. They had to find different natural materials to create some eyes, a nose, a mouth and some hair for their face.

Colour Mixing
The children in Class 8 have been practising using the powder paints and making different shades of orange. The children looked at the colour mixing charts displayed on the classroom walls to find out which two colours are needed to make orange.

Y1 Cricket Festival
The children in Y1 visited the local cricket ground to take park in a Cricket Festival. They took part in lots of ball skills activities and finished the trip by having a picnic in the sun.

‘Oh I do like to be beside the seaside’
The children in Class 3 visited Bridlington Beach last Tuesday. We had lots of fun paddling in the sea, building sandcastles and having ice cream on the beach.

Forest Friday
Forest Fridays have returned for Class 2, bringing plenty of outdoor adventures! The children have loved exploring the meadow, building habitats and digging for bugs. There have definitely been a few muddy hands and faces, but that's all part of the fun.

Salt Dough Faces
The children have enjoyed making salt dough faces in Welly Wednesday. They had to find different natural materials to create some eyes, a nose, a mouth and some hair for their face.

Colour Mixing
The children in Class 8 have been practising using the powder paints and making different shades of orange. The children looked at the colour mixing charts displayed on the classroom walls to find out which two colours are needed to make orange.

Y1 Cricket Festival
The children in Y1 visited the local cricket ground to take park in a Cricket Festival. They took part in lots of ball skills activities and finished the trip by having a picnic in the sun.
