‘Learning For Life’

Class 8

Welcome to Reception/Year One.

Class 8 is a mixed Reception and Year One class. Learning is carefully planned to follow both the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Key Stage One curriculum, ensuring that all children are supported and challenged at the right level.

Our approach focuses on the development of the whole child, providing high-quality opportunities to learn through play, exploration and structured activities. Children will be encouraged to take risks, have fun, build friendships, think critically and develop their own ideas.
